I rate CodeSignal Interview an eight out of ten. I choose eight out of ten because of somewhat lacking reporting aspects or how visually an aggregated report can be seen by somebody who is head of hiring. For them, CodeSignal can do better. Additionally, there is a lack of customized questions for QA. For those two reasons, I deduct two points. My advice to others looking into using CodeSignal Interview is to use it to save time if you are a hiring manager. It frees up time for your junior resources who might be spending time interacting with candidates who are completely unrelated or not suitable to the requirements and the target hiring criteria. CodeSignal Interview works much better in a standardized assessment test format. My overall review rating for CodeSignal Interview is eight out of ten.
