We don't specifically look at the machine learning capabilities when it comes to protecting our environment. The automated threat response in Fortinet FortiGuard provides peace of mind because nobody has reported any security breach yet. I would recommend Fortinet FortiGuard to other users because of its ease of use. I am a customer, not a partner or reseller. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Fortinet FortiGuard a 9 overall.
Fortinet FortiGuard's content filtering feature is good. We use it a lot, and even though sometimes there are some false positives, the rate of false positives is not that high; it's very manageable. We use the behavioral analysis feature, and it helps to detect zero-day threats because once we're able to do the baselining, any deviation from the baseline is flagged, and then attention is immediately concentrated there to ensure that nothing untoward is happening. There are sometimes one-off strange behaviors from legitimate users, such as copying large files, that also flag such activities. We investigate and find out that this is legitimate, so it helps a lot to stop zero-day attacks. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Fortinet FortiGuard a 9.

If I speak about the threat intelligence from Fortinet FortiGuard and its impact on your security responses, I would say that everything in the tool is based on the latest signatures, and the support team is also efficient. Most of the rules run properly with the tool. It is easy to use the tools and integration features and to implement them. The interface is quite user-friendly and easy to manage, and it is also easy to segment the rules and the actions that need to be taken. In the area of segmentation and security against vulnerabilities, based on the application, the IP address, and the source or destination is something that is enough for us. I can maintain and provide support for the product in our company. Only some specific updates need to be made to the product. We can manage the tool, and right now, it is working okay for us. I can't remember if the product provides any AI features to users. Some AI features are offered by the tool for the rules or anything that is based on the device itself. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
