My advice for anybody who is considering this solution is to start with a PoC to train the people, and to make sure that professional services are available during the implementation. Essentially, do the PoC with the assistance of professional services. Overall, this is a good product, but there are some features that need to be improved and it should be more flexible to use. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
