For the on-prem solution, we installed a package on the web server. This package included web-based tools and development tools, which were Eclipse-based toolsets. These tools allowed us to design the data model and develop data quality plans. It was an Eclipse-based plugin or an Eclipse-based desktop app. As part of the implementation, we used both of these tools. Increasing internal knowledge about using the tool and providing the right resources for data profiling would give the entire team a good start. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
