I am more focused on operations and procurement. The decision to use this solution was made before I joined the company. It started with patch management systems and progressed into EDR, backup monitoring, DNS filtering, and MSP Anywhere for remote device access. We also have threat intelligence as part of the reporting. It is driven by client needs. If a client has an existing platform with Sophos, we respect that in terms of offering and supporting them. Changing to a new environment would require different investments, including training costs and data migration without interruption. We depend on our existing skills, and if they can only support certain solutions, we maintain that approach. I recommend N-able EDR 100%. My overall rating for this solution is 7 out of 10.
I would rate N-able EDR SentinelOne a ten out of ten for its outstanding performance and capabilities. It effectively supports Windows, Linux, and macOS, allowing us to secure servers and workstations without limitations. Adding mobile device support would further enhance its value. Currently, however, it does not extend to Android or iOS devices, which is a notable gap in its otherwise comprehensive protection
