As a current user at home and a pro reseller, I can highly recommend Omada Cloud SDN. For usage at home, it maybe a little bit technical but you can forget many issues like unnecessary add-ons you search on the web. By using your own DNS configuration or avoiding adult content for protection of your children, I know a lot of current ISP that provide devices with those features. However, the dashboard or some configurations are confusing for non-IT users.
For usage in the office, the features like WAN ports for load balancing or PBR and some others are really good solutions for many customers. Other competitor brands like Unifi or Grandstream are also good but so far, Omada has the best features and cost relation.
