My company represents OpenText here in Israel as a partner. OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) has a hybrid cloud deployment. It's a cloud product, so I access it remotely on a browser. Still, you need to install the application server next to the application you want to externalize, so it's a hybrid installation. You need an on-premise installation to access the software you are trying to externalize, but the actual consumption is on the cloud through the web server. One person is enough to maintain OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX). About ten people, primarily engineers and managers, use the solution within the company. I would recommend OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) to others. My rating for OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) is nine out of ten because no product is perfect.
We're just customers. We were recommended this product by our systems integrator. We are satisfied with this product. It's only been about a month, however, it's worked well for us. About one year ago we start to learn about looking from some remote solutions and came across OpenText. It's perfect for us as the solution is geared towards Linux users specifically and most of our terminals are Linux. We'd recommend this solution to other Linux users. I'd rate it eight out of ten overall. It's very easy to use.
