Before Oracle, we relied on Azure Microsoft SCS Server for our database, but it couldn't handle our optimization requirements. That's why we migrated to Oracle Server. We're apparently using VMware. Oracle is not operating 24/7. We haven't experienced any issues, but some power factor may have caused the server downtime. Overall, I rate the solution a five out of ten.
