I have deployed Elastic Cloud a few times, but mostly I work on on-premises deployments. Most of my customers have air-gapped environments and they have privacy issues regarding the use of Elastic Cloud, which is hosted outside their region. When I install Elasticsearch on-premises, it will be the count for licensing purposes. Elastic will count the number of Elasticsearch nodes inside your Elastic cluster. I have worked in the Elastic field for the past eight years, but I have worked as a reseller or sales professional for seventeen years in my career experience. My overall rating for this product is eight out of ten.
