It's a good solution for monitoring servers/computers/networks from your mobile device. However, the lack of a desktop monitoring/management app may be less than ideal for many situations.
I rate this solution a nine out of ten. Regarding advice, we're very glad to use our own enterprise server. I would advise other MSPs like us to use their own enterprise server, not the cloud solution, because it's cheaper, and you have the control. But we've noticed that Pulseway would rather sell the cloud solution.

We are very satisfied with the product. You can deploy it on your mobile phone and you can control everything about your IP infrastructure from home. You can access the servers from your mobile. I would rate it an eight out of ten. They have good technical support but it's not excellent. It has made life a lot easier for the administrators. It has taken a lot of burdens off of them. There are many reports. You can perform many of the functions remotely.
