I have used SecureWorks Taegis VDR's automated risk assessment. The metrics I use to measure the impact of SecureWorks Taegis VDR's analytics engine on management include some inbuilt metrics for our customization. We use those kinds of metrics to accomplish our goals. We customize the settings at the EDR itself, and using that, we communicate through the metrics. I would assess the impact of SecureWorks Taegis VDR on my organization's threat detection efficiency as very positive because we have a couple of devices. If anything goes down, automatically the other one will take its place. There is no need to worry about the data at all. We come to know through the hardware, and we can see the remarks on the reporting systems. This allows us to determine if the device is going to fail or is not functioning properly. Using that information, we rectify the issues and the other devices work fine while taking the backup automatically from there. I would rate this review a 7 out of 10.
My advice for others looking into using SecureWorks Taegis VDR is to consider its tool consolidation feature, as it replaces the need to use multiple disconnected security tools and dashboards, saving on licensing and management costs. I would rate this product an eight out of ten overall.

I recommend SecureWorks Taegis VDR because it is highly scalable by design and well-suited for mid-sized to very large enterprises, including global hybrid and cloud-heavy environments. Its cloud-native elastic architecture is built as a cloud-native SaaS platform that automatically scales compute and storage as telemetry volume increases without requiring customer-side infrastructure scaling, and it can handle bursty workloads such as incident spikes and ransomware attacks. I gave this product a rating of eight out of ten.
