My advice for others looking into using Sophos Central is that if you are a startup and you do not have the cost to build a cybersecurity team, I think Sophos Central is your best option. Having a dashboard where you can actually see every possible attack, threat, attempt, or malware attempt on the devices of your team members basically solves your security issue. I would rate this review a nine out of ten.
I advise those with multiple firewalls to use Sophos Central, as it is the best solution to manage all firewalls from a single dashboard, allowing you to check all logs easily. Currently I am managing Sophos Central after receiving updates about it and implementing it. I would rate this solution an 8 out of 10.
I would advise others to use Sophos Central because of its performance and customer support. It works in real-time, making it beneficial for many organizations. I can add that we can manage Sophos firewall from Sophos Central, along with managing ZTNA, encryption, mobile MDM, and Sophos MDM. My review rating for Sophos Central is 10.
I have so many workstations and, as a reseller, I am not only working on one Sophos Central. I probably have about 35 to 40 different customers that are on Sophos Central. Each one is set up differently according to customer needs. I would say Sophos Central is a good solution for all customers, from small to enterprise. I have not integrated Sophos Central with any third-party applications, so I do not have experience with that functionality. The machine learning features are enabled. We have picked up a false positive now and again, but then I report it to Sophos and they rectify the issue in upcoming release builds. The biggest benefit in Sophos Central is the central functionality where I can have my Intercept X integrate the workstations, the servers, and the firewalls I import into Sophos Central. I always enable the RED functionality so that if a machine picks up an issue, it notifies the firewall immediately, and then the two combined rectify the issue if there are any threats or something picked up. I would say Sophos Central is an affordable product. They are using Sophos cloud instead of cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP. I buy the product directly from Sophos. I am a Senior IT Consultant here in the company. My overall review rating for this product is ten.
Sophos Central gains efficiency because everything is all in one screen that we need to observe. It is easier to customize Sophos Central to our needs, so it shows us what we need to know when we need it. I recommend Sophos Central to anybody who is trying to manage anything with diverse security. The biggest benefit of Sophos Central for me is that it works. I rate Sophos Central nine out of ten.
Customization, particularly in phishing campaigns and training, would enhance the user experience. Outdated training materials should be updated with real-life scenarios to highlight the impacts of phishing campaigns. For the overall solution, I give Sophos Central a rating of nine out of ten.
In terms of the product's integration capabilities with other security tools, I would say that they are centralized and easy to manage. You just click on the customer and launch that customer, and you will see everything from that customer, including all the endpoints and firewalls that are being monitored. I don't know whether the product offers any AI features. I am not really keen to find out if the product offers features like predictive analytics or automated responses. As an admin, it will give you a feeling of ease since your endpoints are protected, meaning the real computers are protected from viruses and malware. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.
I believe incorporating Sophos Central into security infrastructure could further enhance the defenses. However, considering customers' perspectives and budget constraints, particularly for small and medium-sized organizations, it's essential to ensure cost-effectiveness. In Bangladesh, there's a growing preference for Sophos due to its suitability for various environments and budget scales. Therefore, I suggest focusing on improving sales and after-sales support to meet the increasing demand and effectively deploy Sophos solutions across Bangladesh. Overall, I would rate it six out of ten.
The tool does work in managing security for multiple devices since the product is available at multiple prices and there are multiple licensing models. In my organization, the tool is used to manage around 30 devices easily. I rate the overall tool a ten out of ten.

For anyone looking to use the solution, I would first ask the desired level of security. Do you want high control over your users and employees, monitoring their downloads and internet access, or are you simply looking to scan files for malware? Depending on their security needs, I would recommend Sophos Central, especially if they want security, including email protection software. I rate it a ten out of ten.
My advice for new users would be that for those managing both endpoints and firewalls, especially in scenarios where comprehensive security is crucial, I strongly recommend Sophos Central. The use of Synchronized Security provides data visibility and protection, ensuring that malicious activities on endpoints are promptly detected and isolated by Sophos firewalls. This significantly reduces the burden on IT admins and enhances overall network security. Overall, I would rate Sophos Central as a seven out of ten.

Meticulous planning is essential before onboarding devices onto Sophos Central, involving careful grouping and allocation to dedicated consoles or sub-states. Migration from another product requires precise policy migration, facilitated by Sophos's CRT. Mass deployment is streamlined, especially if the old product's central protection is disabled. Sophos Central extends beyond antivirus, offering cloud security and XDR functionalities, seamlessly integrating with SOC teams for effective EDR and XDR. The platform, known for scalability and user-friendliness, supports advanced features like threat hunting and live response. Continuously evolving, it consistently introduces new features through ongoing development. Overall, I would rare it eight out of ten.

My advice to new users would be to focus on Sophos XDR and EDR, as they have proven to be excellent products in my experience. While Sophos Central is not a standalone product, the XDR and EDR services offer robust cybersecurity solutions. However, I have encountered some issues with Sophos firewall, particularly related to firmware updates causing productivity disruptions. To avoid these challenges, I suggest prioritizing Sophos EDR, XDR, and MDR services, as they consistently deliver reliable performance in the Sophos portfolio. Overall, I would rate the solution as a seven out of ten.
