I believe Zoho Mail definitely supports offline mode where you can type your email, and as soon as you are connected back to the internet, it will automatically send from your outbox and go to your sent items. I do not currently integrate Zoho Mail with other Zoho products and am not aware of whether they have that facility.I am not sure about Zoho Mail's anti-spam and antivirus features in maintaining inbox security. I have not used that feature before and have not seen such a feature, though I assume they should have it. I have seen that they have Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, but I have not used those. I cannot see anything that has to do with security or antivirus. I have not experienced any major issues with Zoho Mail. I have noticed that they have Zoho Meeting to collaborate with your team over an online meeting, which I have not used before. The overall review rating I would give Zoho Mail is six out of ten.

I am currently trying to obtain partnership but am not yet a partner. I am working on the latest version of Zoho Mail. I consider it an affordable price and value for money. Different customers use different servers such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Google, and Outlook. Every customer using Zoho Mail is comfortable with their current Zoho Mail platform and UI. My customers usually deploy Zoho Mail on the cloud. My rating for Zoho Mail is 9 out of 10.
It depends upon our customers' requirements regarding Zoho Mail, and then we suggest different packages accordingly. I am quite happy with the product overall. It offers a free trial period of three to five years. As we are essentially a consulting company with four people, we have two generic mail IDs for sales, with different people using them. We currently do not need more than four paid IDs for our company. On a scale of 1-10, this solution receives a rating of 7.

Zoho provides many other modules and solutions, and I'm quite impressed with Zoho Mail's integration capability. I would recommend Zoho Mail to users who want a more cost-effective solution and Microsoft to someone who wants a more professional tool. Zoho Mail is a good solution from a security point of view. It helps to comply with all this end-to-end encryption, and we are also following the basic compliance requirements. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

Initially, we were using Zoho Mail's free version, which had 25 slots. As the number of people increased, we needed a better package with more emails. I would recommend the solution to other users. Zoho Mail is cost-effective when compared to other products like G Suite. The tool serves its purpose of emailing. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Zoho is not just a traditional software-based company. It offers a wide range of APIs and other integration tools, including a CRM tool and various other products, so integration is not limited. Zoho has operations management and developers, making integration feasible with any system. Zoho is a cloud-based solution, meaning maintenance is managed by their system. They don't provide access to unauthorized persons. Zoho handles maintenance. Traditionally, we haven't recommended Zoho as extensively because we prefer systems we have thoroughly tested and can confidently endorse. We've deployed Zoho a few times with mixed success. In comparison, we've had more success with Google deployments, with higher implementation rates and ease, offering better revenue opportunities. Based on requirements, I might recommend Zoho, but for higher needs or better collaboration, I'd suggest Google, possibly combined with iSoft. If there is no other support, Google remains a strong recommendation. Overall, considering support, I rate the solution a six out of ten.

Overall, I would rate the solution a six out of ten. There's no one-size-fits-all solution for clients. It depends on their requirements and budget. But, it depends on things like user-friendliness and support availability. These are things I need to look at, along with the client's project and needs. Then I can give them proper advice. Another thing is, if a client uses Microsoft PCs or something similar, Zoho has its own office suite, but I'm not sure it's the best fit for every client. Ultimately, depending on your exact requirements, I can tell you what solution to go with. You want a single console to do everything without needing to move to another platform for higher traffic. It also depends on the size of your organization - small, medium, or enterprise. Each customer is different, so I can't give a blanket recommendation.
I recommend others to go with Zoho Mail because it's quite intuitive, has a lot of features, and is less on the cost. The rating for the tool would have been a ten out of ten if it had offline capabilities. For now, I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

I rate Zoho Mail seven out of 10. Zoho gives you a set amount of free users, so you can use it until you reach the limit and see if it's something you want to adopt. I tried it and stuck with it. Since then, I've seen a lot of improvement. I already think it's top-notch, but I believe it will become one of the best in the world.
