Mostly the motherboard and the processors matter. If we consider all Dell, 3Com H3C Switches, and HP or other brands, all have the same performance with maybe a little difference. But when a client decides to purchase something, they definitely consider the cost factor. If we compare the cost factor, then 3Com H3C Switches is much better in cost than Dell and HP.
