Other vendors charge for technical account management and support hours during deployment, but Claroty provides these services for free, offering significant value.
The tool is quite expensive. I would not say it is not a cheap tool. All the major companies offering any particular OT monitoring tool, provide the same product.
The licensing for physical devices is cheap, but the software version is expensive. The software version costs around 26-28 dollars. I was surprised and even double-checked. It was shocking.
