The straightforward pricing structure of Huntress Managed SIEM makes budgeting easier because we have a clearer idea of what the service will cost without having to account for too many unpredictable variables. It also makes financial planning and comparing the cost against security solutions simpler. From an operational standpoint, having more predictable costs helps us plan future security investments and reduces surprises during the budgeting cycle. Our experience with pricing and licensing for Huntress Managed SIEM has been fairly straightforward. The setup cost was reasonable compared with the operational effort it would take to manage a similar SIEM environment internally. We also found the licensing structure relatively easy to understand, which made it simpler to estimate the overall cost and plan the budget. The main advantage for us was having predictable pricing without a lot of unexpected costs during the setup and environment.
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that everything was pretty easy to do; I have a rep that I worked with, and they were able to get me set up with the trial first and then go from there, test it out internally, and then we were able to start rolling out for clients.
