I purchased from Dell directly. Dell has given a special discount for that purchase and the support is always a positive factor from Dell's side. We got instant support whenever it was required and the Dell team is always there to help us.

Using Dell PowerEdge has helped reduce my total cost of ownership because it is an off-the-shelf product, so I would say it has, because it is commoditized. I cannot say by how much, as Dell owns the product, and the price is actually owned by Dell; we are engineering the product for them.
I just use normal switches for the domain controller in the network, as I have not used the advanced thermal management solutions of Dell PowerEdge C- Series.
My experience with the pricing of this tool is that it's in mid-range. They have good competitors in the market who are offering better pricing, so there is scope for improvement in this area.

PowerEdge is quite a costly solution, and I would rate the pricing around seven or eight on a scale from one to ten with ten being the most expensive.
I don't handle the financial aspects, so I don't know the exact costs, but in terms of the value it brings, it's worth it.
Licensing is okay for our basic usage. It was enough for us.

The price could be reduced.
The licensing cost of PowerEdge C is very high. Additionally, we have to purchase a separate license for every operating system.

The cost depends on the configuration.
When we talk about pricing it is the cheapest on the market that I have found.
We pay a yearly licensing fee. It's comparable to others on the market. There are not any other additional costs other than the licensing fee.
