My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing shows that pricing is a little bit higher when compared to other applications, but that justifies the use case.
The pricing is subscription-based and on a yearly basis. Compared to Power BI or Tableau, Sisense is much more expensive. Suppose you look at the features provided by Power BI or Tableau. In that case, it includes everything, making it pretty hard to compare the pricing of Sisesne with others because of the structure of the pricing of the other products. There are tools like Power BI and Tableau that offer support, and its pricing model may look cheap. If you like to have the full feature set or functions, there will be a lot of similarities between Power BI, Tableau, and Sisense.
The solution is not affordable for small businesses. It is cheaper for at least mid-stage startups to large scale. To get additional add-ons and plug-ins built by Sisense, we would need to purchase them as an extra package. There are also some extra costs associated with adding new profiles to Sisense. I rate the product’s pricing a nine out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.
Sisense's pricing is based on an annual subscription of approximately $35,000 USD. It is a bit more expensive when compared to other products like QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI. However, these solutions price functionality separately if you select all the features. Sisense is less expensive.
