What is your experience with Blumira for SIEM and Detection Response?

Hello community, 

I am the owner of a small computer software company.

Is anyone using Blumira? I am now extremely fatigued by all these different platforms with empty promises. Blumira seems to be checking all the boxes but requires a year's commitment. Can anyone share their experience with this vendor?
