Adobe Acrobat for Enterprise is used for creating, editing, converting, and securely signing PDF documents at scale, so it supports enterprise document workflows and reduces dependencies on paper-based processes. In my day-to-day work, I use Adobe Acrobat for Enterprise to improve productivity by enabling teams to digitally create, share, sign, and manage documents securely, and it also helps standardize document workflows across organizations.
If I want to send a Word file and don't want anyone to be able to edit it, I convert it to a PDF and then send it. Of course, this is done through Office 365, and when they send me a document, I open it with the Acrobat Reader. I am using Adobe Acrobat X.
