We have a blog that was hosted on Pagely, and we needed to migrate to AWS because of Pagely's pricing. We are using the VPS instance, specifically the WordPress VPS instance. We are also using the network part because we needed to set a static API. We needed to use a CDN to help us deliver the content, and we are declaring this using Terraform. This is our use case. I am currently during a migration from a website to Amazon Lightsail, and I have been using it extensively for the past two months.
I had training in my college in 2022 with AWS, and I am also currently training at Jamia University. I have experience in three technologies: Azure, GCP, and AWS.
I use Amazon Lightsail when a client or company requests hosting for a WordPress website. It is suitable for LightSuite deployments and offers easy deployment of applications quickly.

I create environments and setups, including development and production lines, primarily using Amazon Lightsail for startup business scenarios. We are a company based in Ireland, and we are AWS partners. We have built some solutions for AWS, and we have developed a WordPress plugin that we use to migrate websites from any hosting site to AWS. We specifically create Lightsail instances using that plugin. When the website is migrated, it is migrated to a Lightsail instance.

The use case mainly was to deploy a database that there was no option for the platform as a service. It is a database based on a graph, the name is Neo4j. So in AWS, I didn't find the RDS of this database. So I had to create a virtual machine in Lightsail and deploy the Neo4j database on it. I did it for the test and production environment, and then it allowed me to create firewall rules and a lot of management networks, but they are pretty simplified. It's not like EC2 where you can have all of those virtual interfaces and virtual networks. It's more like an instance that is standalone. But at least for these small purposes, it attended very well.
