My usual use cases for AppSheet involve tracking our IT projects and tasks. All the projects of our IT department and all the tasks are tracked under Google Sheets and AppSheet. Another use case is that when we discuss any particular task or project, we can put a link to that particular task or project and upload the document in Google Drive as well. One Google Sheet serves as a comprehensive master sheet wherein any document related to any project or any task can be found in Google Drive.
I am mainly an IT consultant for Google Workspace into small companies and nonprofit organizations. I work with different tools. However, 90% of my job revolves around Google Workspace.
I use AppSheet in my company for internal consumption, reporting, application, and utilizing the tool, but we don't resell it. We use it for reporting purposes. We do a lot of risk assessments and, as a result, a lot of risk assessment reporting. We gather a lot of evidence as part of the risk assessment, so we utilize AppSheet for that.
I develop some macros and programs to link forms since nothing is easier than VBA for Excel, for instance. We use AppSheet to link the Sheets in. We try to make a database since Google has none at the moment. It has no SQL database, and so we are compelled to do it by ourselves, with AppSheet.
I have a few use cases for this solution. I have a field-service agent in mining, a technician business within a coffee business, and I am also looking at doing something around sales and maintenance.

I use the solution in financial developments especially in the economic and financial sector as a solution for monitoring and supervising which always receive un formed data this solution helps a lot to organize this data and manage the tasks , I also used this solution in the education sector , it's really easy and flexible for any aspect , In the near future I'm planning to use this solution for an enterpruner and humanitarian sector which will help a lot to improve some startup companies with providing this solution for free .
