Cortex Cloud by Palo Alto Networks serves as our primary tool for understanding our assets and performing API integration between our multi-cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS and Azure, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our entire digital estate on the cloud. The secondary aspect involves identifying security gaps and traffic flows, allowing us to triage different types of traffic to check if they are clean or potentially malicious. This process involves analyzing behavior and patterns, mapping with MITRE ATT&CK tactics and techniques for a holistic view of our cloud estate.
Our main use cases involve working with QRadar, which is the IBM solution. We are now starting to migrate customers to Palo Alto Networks.This work is usually in a specific industry like telco companies, mainly telco companies.
