The major use case for us is that we are using it for endpoint protection only at the moment, specifically for the detection and prevention of particular items from users' machines.
We are using CrowdStrike multiple modules within CrowdStrike. We are using CrowdStrike as an EDR, as an asset manager, and for USB control as well. We are using CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management, in which we have application control, vulnerability management, and within the EDR, we are using it by default in our premises. We still have not used the sandbox. We are using CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management for vulnerability management.

We mostly deal with CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management which provides EDR functionalities, offering customers endpoint protection and server-side protection from malware, anti-ransomware protection, and protection from viruses and modern threats. Specifically regarding CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management, it provides comprehensive visibility of the overall company surface. Similar to traditional vulnerability management tools, it provides visibility of the attack surface. It also identifies vulnerabilities, including configuration vulnerabilities and vulnerabilities related to particular products, solutions, or technologies. It is capable of performing remediations, unlike traditional products that only identify issues. The automated response allows connection to remote machines to perform required tasks. In contrast to traditional methods where IT support teams needed to physically reach end users for troubleshooting, automated response enables script design for possible remediations. While CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management includes some pre-built automated remediation steps, users can also take remote control of end-user machines and execute command shell scripting to resolve issues.
We use CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management for customers, not as a partner. We are using it only for anti-virus purposes. The solution helps with security blocking, such as USB access and other .exe file auto runtime detection which is sent to us. We can identify errors and investigate them. Through the UI, we can see what has been detected on each PC. This provides us with exposure monitoring.
