My main use case for Dropbox Sign is to send and have contracts signed by my clients. This tool helps with following up and reminding clients who have not signed as well as making it easy for them to sign the documents. It also helps keep my signed documents in one place, where they are easy to find and retrieve. When I use Dropbox Sign for reminders and document management, I am able to see when a document is opened and signed, and when it is not signed, I can send an email to remind clients not to forget to sign the documents. I love this tool because it has eliminated the need for my clients to come to our office and make unnecessary trips when they can open their computer and sign the document easily.
