Anytime or anywhere you can get the job done and never disappoint your customers. Other companies charge way more for fewer features and quality isn't there unless you pay more. The hands-on ability to make changes during holidays or on request is key. Other companies don't provide this - only their employees can make changes, which can take too long.

This product allows my agents to work from home. We are a travel agency in Ontario, Canada As most travel agencies were adversely affected by the pandemic, Jive allowed us to continue to provide the same level of service to our clients even though the government required us to be physically closed. We are able to transfer calls as though we were in the office.
