We perform OCR on the documents within the application. They are imported via electronic import or a scanner, and we identify document breaks. We apply industry-standard annotations to the first page of each document. The solution integrates with our ERP ( /categories/erp ) system, allowing for metadata access using a seven-digit number, which aids in file naming and exporting. We export to a shared drive in our network and directly into a record structure in our ERP ( /categories/erp ).
