I use Mailchimp for digital marketing purposes, such as creating and managing email campaigns, collecting data, and integrating with WordPress websites.
We use the solution for marketing communication. Any marketing is sent via MailChimp. If a lead doesn't complete the onboarding process, we'll let them know about some new feature or some new business offer.

It also provides email templates that can be customized quickly. Running email campaigns is easy and straightforward. It gives a nice reporting dashboard of the active campaigns with bounce rate, open rates, clicks, etc. MailChimp also offers transactional emails for quickly authorizing our users. We have been happily using MailChimp for all our email marketing needs.
