Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is being used as a Secure Services Engine (SSE) solution for the CASB solution, Shadow IT detection, and Secure Web Gateway capabilities. The primary focus is on detecting sensitive data. A classification system has been implemented in terms of data sensitivity, and the solution is utilized for capturing instances where users attempt to upload sensitive data to unsanctioned applications. Rules have been put in place to prevent such uploads.

In Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP), we use DLP and network proxies, not just Netskope. We are currently using it on endpoints itself, as we haven't indulged in ZTNA as of now, so it is for only endpoint. The best features in Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) are the controls under the network proxy, which are really good.
I have started using Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for about five months. I use Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Zscaler for the CASB-based and private access; users will be logged into their office applications only through the secured network. We are still yet to check certain functionalities. In Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP), we have seen real-time analysis when doing POCs or real use cases. As soon as we upload, we get the alert on the dashboard. I have not seen any benefits from this real-time analysis at this time.
