My usual use case for Red Hat Insights is to get the most useful information regarding proactive information to promptly fix issues beforehand. That's the first one and more important. Let's stick to the first one; it's the main one. I use the predictive analytics feature in Red Hat Insights.
I use the solution every day to check the health of the system. It tells me if there are any issues to address or if there are any security vulnerabilities. It allows me to do remediation online, which is very helpful.
