We are in a transition phase right now. We are still using SolarWinds Help Desk, but we are transitioning to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. We have SolarWinds DameWare Mini Remote Control product, which is remote desktop software. We are an implementer. I deploy the software and also use it for help desk purposes, accessing end-user desktop to provide support.
