My use case for Ubiquiti WLAN includes segmentation for a client in oil and gas, where I segment their physical security, CCTV, IoTs, computers, and voice into separate VLANs for better management and operation.
My primary use case for Ubiquiti WLAN is to provide wireless connectivity for corporate use and create a guest WiFi with a captive portal for guests. I also use it for site-to-site connections using Ubiquiti WiMAX radios.
I'm using Ubiquiti WLAN for many installations. We recently deployed 640 wireless links for just one contract. On average, we deal with about 25-30 virtually every week. In addition, we also supply many access points.
We use Ubiquiti WLAN solutions for point-to-point configurations and wireless networks within our internal Wi-Fi infrastructure. These solutions are primarily used for point-to-point wireless integration.

As a system integrator, we don't use Ubiquiti WLAN in our own environment. However, we provide support for the it's implementation in some of our customers' environments.
The solution is for a mining site, and the solution's good for a small group of people, but when the numbers increase, you get some access points going offline, even though they aren't. When the numbers are smaller, managing and controlling is very easy.

We use UniFi WiFi in 4 schools, around 280 access points in total, with a single controller in the cloud. There are very few issues with Unifi equipment. It is much better and cheaper than what we had previously. It just works! I would recommend it to small/medium enterprises. It is not really suitable for single use and does not scale well above a few hundred APs. By default, the controller can handle about 200 devices. Any more than that, it needs specialist Linux skills to scale up.

It's a WLAN solution. I can provide access point management for the whole corporation. We are not physically installing a single site, we have a few branches across the nation, and I can manage them in a single point. I have a few SSIDs that broadcast to specific sites. I can manage the login, and I have it integrated to make it easier for my clients. They don't need to use passwords, it is based on a certificate that is on my domain.
We are a solution provider and the Ubiquiti WLAN is one of the networking products that we implement for our customers. We have worked with different versions including the AC Pro HD, the HD, and the XD. I have set up and manage multiple sites. There are 45 access points deployed all over a billion square feet.

Our company uses this solution extensively and recently we've deployed it for our clients too. I've also been using it personally so it's a flexible solution. There are probably 10 users in my company. I'm a systems and networks administrator and we're customers of Ubiquiti.
