I would add clearer, more detailed documentation, especially for edge cases, and more transparent pricing tiers would help planning, as integration is solid but broader platform compatibility could be a plus. The logging and transparency in the logs and what they are logging could be improved. We'd like to have some sort of dashboard so that we can see what is happening with our own eyes.
