I'm not aware of any issues. It's worked well so far. There are no features that are missing. In the future, it would be interesting if there could be a combination of Savings Plans and some Reserved Servers. Today they are distinct products. If you combine them, then you can get a better discount. For example, let's say, you have 50 servers, you say, okay, I'm going to commit to 20 servers. That's the one under the Savings Plans because I think my design will change. It would be nice to have the flexibility to have them both in some way.
