I believe that if they provided an option to download all the course content, then if candidates are not connected to the internet, they could access the courses without interruptions. They should also ensure high-quality content throughout. Additionally, I think there should be some free learning courses for candidates who cannot afford the fees that Coursera requires. This would help the community and the nation as candidates would be able to learn new technologies without having to pay for the courses. Furthermore, enhancement of the certificates is required; the certificate should come with hyperlinks to provide detailed reporting of candidate performance within the courses. Currently, Coursera for Business only provides a certificate with the candidate's name and the course taken, but it lacks detailed reporting. I think they should integrate this reporting into their certificates. These are a few features I would like to see in the future.
