One thing I feel is that creating a template takes a bit of time for us. After creation, the approval part takes time. Sometimes it stays in the pending part and it might not get approval from the Meta side, so that is one thing which needs to be improved. Gupshup is working pretty well for me, though not every time. A very few times I get my template not being considered to be sent to the students. Sometimes it gets rejected, and I do not know the particular reason, and that is the only issue.
Nothing directly comes to mind about how Gupshup can be improved because for my use case it was the perfect solution and not all of our apps have chatbots integrated into them. For the ones in which we have chatbots integrated we try to use Gupshup itself, but that is a very specific use case. I do not think that is the whole solution that Gupshup provides, so I am not the one to comment on how to improve it, but it really did fit very neatly into my requirement of application.
I do not feel that Gupshup needs any improvement. It is an absolute solution, and I believe they do not need improvements in UI, UX, customer support, product visibility, or learning curve. Everything is very detailed, and I feel it is the best in this segment. I do not have any suggestions for improvement. I do see advancements of AI and ML in the upcoming years as a potential area for Gupshup to focus on further. I am witnessing new LLM and models emerging in the industry daily, so naturally, I think the AI agents could be improved. Beyond that, I do not feel anything else is needed as an improvement.

I required some technical support to set up, and customer support is also not very responsive, so the customer support needs to be more user-friendly and respond more promptly. Gupshup can improve by making the interface more clean so I can easily track performance, and customer service needs to be better and more user-friendly.
