There isn't anything to improve specifically at the moment regarding Haivision SRT Gateway since Haivision has recently updated the user interface, which makes it much more intuitive and user-friendly to work with now, so I have no complaints from my side. I don't think there's anything, even something small, that could make my experience with Haivision SRT Gateway even better as I'm really happy with Haivision as a company and I use their other products. The reason I chose a rating of 9 out of 10 for Haivision SRT Gateway is that the service is fantastic and has everything that I would need, being really intuitive, but I didn't give it a 10 because there's always room for improvement in the future.
We did not encounter any challenges in the years we have used Haivision SRT Gateway. However, improvements could be made in the direction of the user interface and the transcoding and recording functions. These could be made more advanced by using AI capabilities and AI features. Haivision SRT Gateway sometimes does not have HEVC or AVC conversion, so an external encoder or decoder is required at times. They could integrate this functionality within the platform using AI capabilities.
