I really wish HootSuite automatically saved drafts. It frequently disconnects from accounts, and I am unsure if this occurs when the internet connection is weak. I would like to see improvements in sharing analytics reports.
HootSuite could be improved by enhancing its ability to create Reels in the platform. It should improve its ability to create Reels similar to Facebook, allow access to Instagram audio to add to Reels, and provide the ability to visually see the content that is scheduled instead of just viewing the number of scheduled content. I love the user-friendly interface and find that customer support is very responsive and proactive.
One improvement for HootSuite would be having the ability to see metrics and data points, which is more of a nice-to-have. Another improvement for HootSuite could be post suggestions that connect to current events.

HootSuite is very seamless. I'm sure there might be more functionality that HootSuite offers, but I've only used it for basic social media posting. I can't really think of anything to improve on.
Hootsuite has a lot to improve, particularly the user interface, which feels dated and like an old product. I am not quite happy with the service and am looking to replace it.
The key features of the product are available just in the enterprise versions. In the normal paid versions, competitive benchmarking is limited to two competitors. Team and Productivity ratings also are limited to enterprise versions. With normal accounts, you can just boost, however, for social campaigns, you need an enterprise account. The cost also depends upon the number of users and the social platforms. The company should reduce the pricing to make it easier for companies to deploy to larger social teams. It will also motivate small and medium enterprises to be their customers.

I would love to see more detailed reporting options for all the tiers of HootSuite.
