I think the areas of HubSpot Sales Hub that could be improved or enhanced are probably templates that could be a bit smarter and the overall UI, which is not the best.What bothers me about the UI of HubSpot Sales Hub is that it's a bit flat, and it does not allow for the personalization to the point I would want, as I would prefer it to look more like ClickUp tools where I can change the way it looks for my preference. The email tracking feature of HubSpot Sales Hub helps me assess prospect engagement, but I don't think it works well and it needs to be improved; the problem with it is that it recognizes auto-screening in email tools, which means HubSpot Sales Hub thinks an email opened by an end-user is actually an email that is screened, giving me false expectations. The benefits I've seen from custom reporting are quite acceptable, but the only thing I would improve is the Sankey feature; this feature is amazing in theory but it's not working very well, and I don't really understand how it's working. Regarding integration capabilities, I integrate HubSpot Sales Hub with Apollo and Fireflies, and while the Outlook features are acceptable, Outlook should be improved since it's really problematic; the problem is that it's constantly disconnecting, and every time you go to Outlook you have to log in again, which nobody remembers.
There are areas that could be improved in terms of custom reporting. The associated lists feature, while new, has certain limitations when exporting data. Some features cannot be linked to custom reports. The pricing structure includes a base payment for the sales part, which is somewhat expensive compared to other options. The overall cost is relatively high compared to some alternatives available in the market.

HubSpot Sales Hub could be improved by being more affordable in other countries because it is a very potential software, but it is not much accessible for other players in the market.

I think AI-driven features would be great. For example, if it could make recommendations and suggestions for each user, like when to reply or what to say, that would be a great asset in a CRM. This could help sales reps close deals faster, which is crucial. Regarding pricing, I think HubSpot Sales Hub is okay—not too expensive. But as a company, we'd always like to see costs decrease slightly.
The tool should add a prospect success feature. Some intelligence should be drawn from our activities and the data we're feeding to recommend the next action. Some AI enablement will help us take the next step for a particular prospect or recommend solutions to help with prospect conversion from an out-of-the-box perspective.
HubSpot Sales Hub is a product that is on par with HubSpot CRM other than the factor it can be described as a product that offers everything in a single package along with marketing automation features. It would be good if there were sort of more templated processes offered by the tool since this is an area where the product has shortcomings.
There is always room for improvement; I expect more integrations with different tools. I also appreciate the mobile app's user-friendliness. However, I think there could be improvements in database cleaning and customization options for information presentation on the screen. Overall, as a final user, I am very happy with HubSpot Sales Hub.

While ample technical documentation exists for those familiar with the system, providing clear guidance on modifying business processes would benefit a broader user audience. Many CRMs integrate ERP, CRM, and total management features, and few vendors distinguish between them. In HubSpot Sales Hub and others, I would like a more seamless integration with specialized platforms that excel in specific areas. Many sales professionals desire more ready, out-of-the-box solutions, especially in smaller companies with limited focus and resources. In a previous company, there was an attempt to integrate SAP with HubSpot due to their individual strengths, but the integration lacked seamlessness. The challenge lies in customization, where predefined business processes could simplify integration, but complexity arises when customization is required. I find a drawback in HubSpot Sales Hub's strong focus on marketing and sales, with other modules having room for improvement. While it excels in digital marketing features, alternative products offer similar capabilities.
We were using Salesforce. Moving contact and deals associated with that contact to companies is a little clunky. Hubspot’s interface can be a little counterintuitive.

There have been some challenges related to workflow customization and terminology. I found it to be somewhat rigid, which impacts the ability to adapt the tool to our specific needs.
The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate.

There are a lot of improvements that can be made. There have been many instances where we later identified certain customers that should have been on our target list yet were not. We're not sure why they were not verified and added to the list. It is not consistent. They need to build out that aspect. The solution isn't exactly scalable. Technical support is slow to respond.
Two areas need improvement with HubSpot Sales Hub. Firstly, the system can start lagging when setting up complex automation or processes. For enterprise solutions, or when you have a big company, a lot of customization is often required, including third-party customization. Secondly, their pricing model can be a challenge. While they have three tiers, setting up and administering the CRM system may require upgrading to higher tiers. So, you will quickly run into the need to upgrade your tier. In addition, it is common to require other models besides the tier you have, such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, when using HubSpot Sales Hub. Therefore, the pricing can become very steep very fast. If there was a new version of HubSpot Sales Hub, and I had the option to add a feature that would make my life easier, I would like to see more options in terms of reporting. In my experience, the reporting area of the solution is somewhere the solution lacks a bit.

There are a lot of areas in HubSpot Sales Hub that can improve. It is lacking some direct automation. There are a lot of challenges that we have during the integration. To solve this problem, we are using other third-party tools. They could improve on direct automation.
