Passportal is a multitenant solution designed primarily for MSPs but is also suitable for end users. Through its dashboard, you can create multiple clients and sites under each client, and provide clients with access to their own portals. As an MSP, you can manage client passwords securely while allowing clients to manage their own passwords as needed. However, I would like to see an enhancement that allows clients to access both credential management and documentation management. Currently, clients only have access to manage credentials, and expanding this functionality would provide a more comprehensive solution.
Sometimes accessing the solution is a bit slow, but that could be due to conditions at many different points. However, some issues that do arise are outside of our control.
