NetApp is doing great with cloud integration; however, there may be room for improvement in integrating with existing VMware devices for better support, especially since many companies are looking for alternatives to VMware due to its escalating costs. Management is considering options such as Hyper-V or Proxmox, although Proxmox does not seem to support LUN-based storage. Additionally, some users want to avoid the expense of virtualization tools and are interested in open-source technologies, which if NetApp could support better, that would be beneficial. It would be great if NetApp could add some AI functionality for automation, as we can currently use tools such as Ansible or Chef, but having NetApp's own automated tool would be advantageous.

NetApp AFF A-Series should work on cost. The solutions, especially enterprise-level storage, should be more affordable to improve their appeal to businesses.
Pricing could always be lower. That said, when calculating it all together, they are competitively priced. There are no specific improvements needed in A-Series, as we are very happy with it.
I really don't have a lot of complaints. In the past, there were issues. However, they've really done a great job of reaching out. We have never wanted super high performance. We want something that's going to be up and working all the time, and this solution has done a tremendous job with that.
It would be helpful if our partner organized a yearly session with my team to discuss the new feature sets on our current solutions and other ways NetApp can help us. Perhaps we are missing some information to help us make the right decision.
