With Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service, we have usual cloud solution issues such as privacy and data security. These issues especially concern clients needing a private cloud solution to meet regulations, as challenges are faced with data security regulations. Designing a platform for a private cloud could mitigate these challenges.
One area that could be improved is the configuration flexibility. There are a lot of restrictions on how it can be configured because it is being deployed in the cloud. More flexibility for developers implementing GoldenGate would be helpful, allowing us to configure it the way it was done before.
Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service lacks AI. If AI gets introduced in Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service, it would be much easier to do analysis. Stability is an area in Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service with certain shortcomings, where improvements are required.

Oracle is always adding new features. I can't think of anything that's urgent currently.
More technical documentation is needed, especially in terms of mapping and conversion of data, while integration would also be very helpful.
