I think it would be beneficial to see a free demo before purchasing Pipefy. Additionally, the tutorial could always be improved. I would appreciate more online tutorials with greater explanation on how to use Pipefy, especially all the robust features. I would also note that notifying when someone emails us could be helpful. There used to be a notification of how many people wrote in, but with the new update, that is no longer available, and it is very easy to miss notifications.

I believe Pipefy can be improved by clarifying the API calls and making packages for API calls more accessible, because in my organization we have a lot of automation, but we have few API calls, precisely because we have a fixed plan and the organization, in fact, does not need that.

Pipefy can be improved with processes not only following Kanban styles but other kinds of processes that have more paths, not just a single, direct path, but they have bifurcations. Pipefy can also focus on more dashboards and the way to extract and create indicators in the dashboard section as this appears to be a gap.
