There are some differences between competitors' products and Ruckus Cloudpath. In my business, I can manage those differences. Ruckus Cloudpath is not well known in my region, and I think it should be promoted more.
The main disadvantage is the price, as it is primarily a cost issue. The new version coming out, R1, is yet to be seen, though currently, it is running very efficiently. The biggest challenges are pricing and the upcoming version. There is still room for improvement, which is reflected in the rating of seven or eight.
The user interface of Ruckus Cloudpath needs some enhancement along with the support process, requiring more qualified engineers to support this product. The pricing of Ruckus Cloudpath needs a little bit of adjustment to be reduced.

The Ruckus company commitment is very poor. They are giving projects to other companies, which has caused us to seriously consider whether to continue with Ruckus Cloudpath or not. I have already lost one project because of this. The solution is not user-friendly, and the deployment system itself is quite complicated. The solution is very expensive and not affordable for many customers.

Ruckus Cloudpath needs more API features and enhanced automation capabilities. I would like to improve the automation aspect, ensuring that if any issues arise or alerts are detected, the cloud platform can respond and troubleshoot more effectively, offering additional insights without requiring manual intervention.
The tool needs to support multi-vendor environments. Currently, my experience with it has been primarily within Ruckus environments. However, I haven't explored it for multi-vendor scenarios. It would be great to see newer builds that are multi-vendor capable of full integration. It should also enhance the logging capability to pull more in-depth logs for certain functionalities.

The hardest part we've had to deal with is trying to find some physical product recently as everything is going like hotcakes. They were selling out so fast we had to get a different model than the original one, as they didn't have any POE switches. We had to get a regular 24 port and get a separate daughter POE switch just because they didn't have any available. Sometimes the allocation is a little bit laggy, however, any company has that problem. They either have too much inventory or not enough.

I believe the solution is missing some great features which are present in other solutions like Aruba, UiPath, and Cisco ISE. One example of an improvement could be regarding mobile device management(MDM) which the solution is lacking. In the additional release, I would want the solution to have better integration that would be compatible with third-party solutions.

The scalability could be better.
The setup process is a bit complex.

The solution could improve by adding more detailed information that customers have available on the dashboards.
