SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is already a very effective model, so I am not certain what improvements it requires. However, if enhancements are considered, making the platform easier to use, simplifying integration with other data sources, providing intuitive AI-driven insights, and introducing advanced features such as real-time architecture, stronger automations, dashboard customization, and clearer application views could improve user experience and business value.

There are a number of areas where SAS Customer Intelligence 360 can be improved. One of them is the initial setup process. The platform is data-intensive and requires quite an investment in terms of infrastructure to support it, and that process is not easy. It is a complex one, and users who have not invested well or do not have a strong standing in the market may opt to use traditional methods instead of acquiring the platform. Additionally, the platform requires quality customer data in order for it to work properly. This forms a disadvantage to small organizations and businesses who do not have other quality data sources and have limited customer data and limited market intelligence. They will not be able to derive the required results that come with having SAS Customer Intelligence 360 in their organization. I can add concerns about usability, especially the steep learning curve and the time taken to adjust and become adept in using SAS Customer Intelligence 360. Some users find the entire application of data and usage of the platform in engaging with clients to be complex and time-consuming. They prefer to use traditional channels, just using a phone call and relying on word of mouth for convincing clients to accept their business. This learning curve may put off some users and employees who feel that it becomes too tech-savvy to apply the platform and may resort to using the traditional way of engaging with clients.
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 could be improved by enhancing the integration with other MarTech platforms, as the integration is somewhat difficult and may require significant IT knowledge and data engineering support, which I would consider drawbacks.
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is a strong platform, but there are a few areas where it could be improved. One area is the user interface, which can sometimes feel complex for new users and may require additional training to fully utilize all features. Another improvement would be enhanced customization and reporting flexibility, making it easier for business users to create advanced dashboards and reports without technical assistance. Additionally, simplifying integrations with third-party platforms and providing more out-of-the-box connectors could help reduce implementation effort and accelerate adoption. One additional area could be improving the learning curve for new users through more guided onboarding, documentation, and training resources. Since the platform offers a wide range of capabilities, it can take some time for new users to become fully proficient.
