There could be improvements for Simplilearn for Business, such as the lack of interactive workshops; it primarily involves watching videos and logging into the respective AWS or Azure account to follow the instructor's guidance, but it would be better to have some integrated platform within Simplilearn for Business to understand the basics practically. My overall experience with Simplilearn for Business was good, but I would prefer if the course material were more technical and in-depth, including practical examples from the industry.

I do not have much to add about Simplilearn for Business as it is good. However, if the lab sessions were even more easily accessible, that would be helpful.

Simplilearn for Business can be improved in terms of navigation and user interface because I believe it could be significantly enhanced. The search functionality can be improved since it is difficult to filter content by skill level, topic depth, and other parameters. Content depth should be consistent as some courses are very deep while others only explain key points. More practical labs and hands-on experience is important. Additionally, courses should be updated frequently and regularly. In most cases, such as AI and automation, agentic AI courses should be added and the latest tools should be explained.
Simplilearn for Business can be improved with more personalized learning paths, including smart AI-driven, role-based skill gap analysis, dynamic progress insights, better integration with Jira, GitHub, and Azure, developing teams capabilities, a skill heat map, tracking, certifications for healthcare, automotive, retail, manufacturing, Gen AI, and LLMs, team learning challenges, more practical labs, questions and answers sections, and enhanced mock tests. Most of the live classes are happening on weekends, so I wish they could be scheduled on weekdays instead. Additionally, the live classes happen in the late night, so they should consider changing the timing to more convenient hours.
From a functionality point of view, Simplilearn for Business could improve its UI. The look and feel is a bit outdated. A more modern and beautiful UI design should be included in future releases.

Simplilearn Learning Hub Plus – All Access could be improved by enhancing customer support responsiveness, fixing technical glitches in the app and LMS, and ensuring that live classes consistently match the promised schedule. Updating course content more frequently to reflect the latest industry trends would also help. For the next release, personalized learning paths, better progress tracking dashboards, offline access to live sessions, and more real-world projects or case studies would make the platform even more valuable.

I'm not sure about the mobile app, but if we had a mobile app for Simplilearn for Business, that would be great, as most users are using mobile devices. Rather than going through a laptop or computer, having a mobile application would allow users to complete their certifications and access trainings more conveniently. The mobile app suggestion is important because sometimes if I'm not carrying my laptop, and there is a training that is due today, I could take the training on my mobile while I'm running or traveling.
