The Windows log forwarder is not functioning properly. This is a significant concern, as it led to losing a deal due to the inability to provide Windows logs effectively. It should be more user-friendly and offer an alternative way to integrate with Windows machines in the Kiwi Syslog engine.
The software as a service option is a challenge due to government requirements for on-premises solutions. There is a need for an on-premises solution, which could lead to easier sales in larger markets. Moreover, improving regional language support for Brazilian customers would be beneficial.

I would like to have the new logs visible in the background without the need to open a new browser. I would like to have email notifications for emergency logs.
It's too hard to find an IP when you put in a find function. The find function could be improved. I would like to see better search functions and better filters in the next release.

I would like to see a more user-friendly and customizable dashboard. The users should be able to customize the dashboard as per their requirements. SMS services should be added because right now, the alerting is only done via email. If there is a high priority alert and it is critical then it has to be sent to the appropriate number using SMS. I would like to see the help included in the Syslog. For example, if the device goes down, the temperature is too high, or the device is disabled, it can be put into the Syslog.
