UiPath Automation Cloud needs to reduce the license cost. That is the first thing they need to concentrate on because many RPA tools are coming up in the market and some are much cheaper than UiPath Automation Cloud. However, UiPath Automation Cloud is very expensive and the licensing is a bit complicated, so they need to consider the license pricing. From the feature side, troubleshooting needs to be more user-friendly because, in my experience, compared to other RPA tools, troubleshooting for UiPath Automation Cloud takes more time than Power Automate Desktop. Other than that, feature-wise, I think UiPath Automation Cloud has all the best features compared to all the other tools.

The latest issues with the new version involve glitches or latency that happen when we upgrade, and we face some issues that take time to fix. We have to open a new ticket and proceed through that process. As I heard, UiPath Automation Cloud is a little more expensive than other tools. I just heard this from other developer friends, but I have never used any other tools myself.
