Unit4 ERP7 will not be improved as it is no longer supported by Unit4. The cloud ERP CR and ERP X do have clear roadmaps available to customers. Many of the gaps have been filled by the ERP suite of products. New improvements will include AI agents to automate finance and HR processes.

I would like to see direct communication support to engage with clients. The parent company should have a direct relationship with clients. Also, the tool's licensing, upgrade, and maintenance costs should be reduced.

There are several areas of this solution that could be improved. For example, it could be available as a web-based solution. It could also be more interactive. Some of the functions could be improved and included such as the business intelligence and the dashboard. From the demo that we have reviewed, these improvements have been made in the newest version. There have been many improvements made. I would like to see more flexibility in the customization for us to be able to customize it based on the client's requirements.
