In terms of improvement, there are two things which they are going to improve, but they have dedicated products for them. Obviously, they are a business as well. If they could give everything in one product, then how would they run their business? The RFQ is something they should provide. That is the only thing missing, along with a proforma invoice. Although there is an alternative, I still think they need to provide these two things dedicatedly.
The analytics features in Zoho Books should be easier to transfer between workbooks. When you have created a report in one workspace, they should make it easier to transfer that report to other workspaces.
I do not have any challenges within Zoho Books, but sometimes if you want to change the currencies for customers, that can be a bit tricky, especially if you want to issue different invoices in different currencies, maybe even for the same customer, that's the only thing. It's not easy because there's a standard currency created when you create the customer in CRM, and using it in Zoho Books is simple; however, changing that isn't easy anymore as you would have to create a new customer entry inside Zoho Books that runs on a different currency.
